Held in fields on Blackadon Farm at Horningtops, PL14 3PY midway between Liskeard & Looe – The rally field is located approx half a mile down the B3251 from the Lower Clicker A38 junction & will be sign posted with yellow AA signage.

Exhibitor & Trader Passes

All your vehicle & visitor paperwork will be sent out by your section secretary during the second week in August after the application deadline.

Arrival Instructions

*To avoid delays at the gate please ensure you are all wearing your wristbands.

*Display vehicle passes so they can easily be seen by our gate stewards.

*If camping please write your name & mobile number on your camping pass. 

*Please report to your Section Secretary on arrival so they can direct you.

When can I arrive onsite? Trader & Exhibitor set up

Thursday 22nd-  4.00pm to 7.00pm - *Arrival on Thursday evening is at your own risk as there will be no overnight security*

Friday 25th  - 10.00am to 8.00pm - *If camping in the public camping field you must be pitched by 7.30pm*

Saturday, Sunday or Monday from 6.30am - *You must enter & be set up by 9am* 

When can I arrive onsite?  Public Camping

*You must report to a member of the team on arrival so you can be directed to your pitch.

Campers staying on the main camping field are welcome to arrive on site from Friday 25th August and may arrive between the hours of 4.00pm and 7.00pm. No campers will be permitted to pitch after 7.30pm.

Camping Instructions - All

Portable toilets are available on site but there are no showers or electric hook ups. The rally field is sloped so the use of levelling ramps is recommended.  A water point and waste disposal point are available in the camping field. 

 

Additional Camping Information T&C's

All camping pitches must be booked in advance and all vehicles arriving at the rally site must have a camping pass visibly displayed on their vehicle, failure to display this pass will result in access being denied or delayed. Users of the campsite must report to the Campsite Steward before pitching their unit. All vehicles are restricted to 5 mph after leaving the highway. It is recommended that each unit will be equipped with a fire blanket/extinguisher. Users of the campsite must remove their own waste. All wastewater must be collected in a suitable container for disposal and not be allowed to run over ground.  Chemical toilets and wastewater must be disposed of in the facilities provided for this purpose. All pets must be kept on a lead (no more than 2m in length) Children must be supervised at all times. Naked flame appliances and fires are not permitted.

BARBECUES: Strictly no barbecues are permitted on the Rally site, this includes the camping field.

GENERATORS: Users of petrol generators must have an appropriate fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Generators and electrical equipment brought to site must be installed and certified by a competent person prior to use.

NOISE: No noise will be permitted after 11.00pm until 7.00am each day. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave the site. The use of generators should not cause any inconvenience to fellow campers.

SAFETY POLICY: A copy of the Safety Policy for the Rally will be available to view. Please contact the Rally H&S officer.

The Rally committee reserves the right to ask any exhibitors to vacate the rally field if they are found to be breaching any of these conditions of booking. By signing the entry form you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Great Trethew Vintage Rally. No refunds will be made to any persons asked to leave the rally site.
